Before your order ships. You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing hello@magicpillow.co.uk with your order number. We’ll refund you in full to your original payment method.

After your order ships. Orders that have already been dispatched can’t be stopped, but you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for how this works.

Your rights. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
