Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping. We ship to almost every country in the world, and shipping is free and fully tracked on every order.

Delivery time. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the day you order to the day it arrives at your door. That covers everything: processing, dispatch and delivery. Carrier delays or customs checks can occasionally add a few days, and we'll keep you updated if that happens.

Tracking. We'll email your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs and import charges. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

When it arrives. Beds arrive vacuum-compressed, so allow 24 to 48 hours for the foam to reach full loft.

Address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.

Not arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of ordering, email hello@magicpillow.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.
