Washing & care

Every cover, liner and blanket unzips and goes straight in the washing machine. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry or tumble dry low. Don't wash the foam core: spot clean it if needed.

4-Year No-Flatten Guarantee

If the foam core or bolster of your bed permanently flattens by 1¼ in (3 cm) or more within 4 years of delivery, under normal indoor use as a dog bed, we'll replace it.

How to claim: email us your order number and photos of the bed with the cover off, after it has rested unloaded for 24 hours, with a straight edge and tape measure showing the dip. We review every claim within 3 business days. If it's approved, we send a replacement bed in the same size. You don't need to return the old one.

Not covered: chewing, digging or other physical damage, liquid soaking into the foam, outdoor, kennel or vehicle use, normal softening in the first few weeks, wear to covers and accessories, and beds bought secondhand. The guarantee covers the original purchaser and one replacement per bed, and doesn't affect your legal rights.

Which size does my dog need?

Measure your dog lying stretched out, from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail. Up to 37 in: Large. 38–43 in: XL. Over 43 in: XXL. If they're close to the limit, love to sprawl or share with another dog, size up. Our size finder does the math for you.

Will it really not go flat?

It's built not to. A dense, load-bearing base sits under the memory foam so big-dog weight can't crush it through to the floor. If the foam core or bolster permanently flattens by 1¼ in (3 cm) or more within 4 years of normal use, we'll replace the bed. Read the full guarantee.

My dog runs hot. Will they overheat?

The bolster supports their head while the center stays open, so belly and paws can shed heat. In warm weather, zip on the breathable cooling cover from your bundle.

Is it good for older dogs or stiff joints?

Many owners choose it for senior dogs and dogs with stiff joints, because memory foam on a firm base relieves pressure points and makes getting up easier. It isn't a medical device, so speak to your vet about any specific condition.
